A Strange Side Effect
Today is day 2 of using it.Day 1 I did not drink. I took this before workout and after workout I went to gym.Today I had a physio session and took this before work..I think it is making me aggressive and angry.I don't think this is because of alcohol free. I have been sober 4-5 days but surely I am getting very aggressive and worked up at office and while driving. So I am not sure this is recommended.Please note I took this after breakfast and after my 1 hour session with physiotherapist and before going to work.I will try this 2-3 times and update you.today will be the real test as its a thursday and usually I like to drink a lot on this day. I will update.
