I bought this for my soldering iron as I'm always having to stop to do something else while doing a lot of soldering and my tips get worn out way faster. I get tired of plugging and unplugging again and again. This works great to fix that problem and I don't even have to bend down to turn it on and off :))

This switch is very handy for my backlit drawing setup. No more leaning over and behind my easel to turn on the clamp light and being able to operate the light with my foot means I can keep both of my hands free to handle the drawing. It really helps streamline my drawing process!

There has been a lamp in our family room that we rarely used because it was always so hard to reach the light switch under the lampshade (it’s been in the corner, behind the couch). Thankfully, the VSEER 2 Prong Polarized Plug Extension Cord with Foot activated on-off Switch has allowed us access to the lamp.The foot operating apparatus is a generous 6 feet long, and the foot button is now on the other side of the sofa, making it easy to turn the lamp off and on before sitting down. Now I can sit and read in that couch seat near the window even when it is dark outside, because I have access to the light when employing the foot pedal.The pedal is easy to engage with a quick tap, and the length is ideal for my purposes.I will order more of these.
