I use this to help with inflammation and hot flashes. It works really well for me and cut my hot flashes back quite a bit. It taste great, it’s sweet! I feel it’s a good value for the price, I have it on autoship! It’s part of my daily routine.

I haven't used this much as I followed the directions on the bottle and didn't like the results at first. That was before I knew how to start taking tinctures properly. After I learned how and understood they have to put a recommended dose on their tinctures..the results were much better. If you aren't sure how to take tinctures..start with the tip of the dropper and work your way up. Your body will tell you if it's too much or too little after some time. Good product
