Definitely worth it!
99% battery health with 99 cycle counts. Beautiful phone, no scratches, looks new. Got a little warm with the first charge but has been fine since (it’s only day 3 but so far so good!) I’m pretty sure this is how I will buy all my future phones.

Worth the extra cost over the standard renewed.I have two of these and they both came in excellent condition. One arrive with 96% original battery capacity, the other with 93%Would order again

LITERALLY PERFECT!
Very happy with the device, it came with a 100% battery condition and only two cicles, no scratches what so ever, honestly this is my second time buying a renewed iPhone from Amazon and the experience has been amazing.Would definitely recommend

Please be careful
I received an iPhone 15 Pro that I ordered from Amazon. I bought this phone as a gift. We received it sealed and left it that way since it was meant to be a present. I felt so embarrassed when I gave the gift—everyone was so excited, especially the person receiving it. But the phone never turned on.It never turned on—the screen just flickered, like it was trying to power on but kept shutting off. We never even saw the Apple logo. Just the low battery icon. We connected it to the charger it came with, then to an official Apple charger directly, and still, nothing.Unfortunately, the person was left without a gift, and now I have to go through the trouble of returning it and explaining what happened. I’m forced to leave a one-star review, though if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. So please be careful. A callout to Amazon and the sellers: at least make sure you’re delivering something of real value. We’re not asking for more than what was paid, but this isn’t even worth zero dollars, it’s unusable. And now, for the return, we have to wait up to 30 business days for a refund. So if you don’t have spare cash on hand, you can’t even make a new purchase or get a replacement right away. The whole return process takes time. The gift itself is no longer meaningful. It’s not just about whether the device works, this entire situation ruins the whole point of giving a gift.I’m sorry to have to write all this, but I felt it was important for others to be aware.

I'm really glad I bought my iPhone from Amazon's renewed store.
The physical and operational condition was every bit as perfect as a new phone. The battery health on mine was 96%. If someone handed you one of these and let you play with it you literally couldn't tell that it was brand new. This is my first ever iPhone so I'm having an adventure learning the OS (18.3.2) but there's tons of videos and guides on the web. Except copying files from a Windows PC or an Android phone or tablet. I'm still trying to figure that one out.If you read anywhere on the web, or if anyone tells you, that these specific (Renewed Premium) iPhones qualify for Applecare... they don't.

Needed cleaning... but otherwise fine.
This was an Amazon (Renewed Premium) refurbished item. The screen was in great shape, the screen, body and rear were free of defects -- except near the USB-C port. The scratching was _very_ minimal. The cleaning of the unit wasn't very detailed. There were "deposits" around the buttons on the side and the camera. The back glass of the unit had a sticker that had been removed, but the surface of the glass clearly showed where it had been.Battery had a cycle count of 326 and was at 93%.Regarding AppleCare, I have read that some others obtained units that qualified -- this one did not. Not sure how that would be possible-maybe a service that could be offered, but then we can purchase from the refurbished store if we want to pay and the item was available. All of the above meets the written criteria of the Amazon Policy -- however I would have expected a better cleaning job. I have frequently purchased apple devices refurbished, generally of better quality and we were a bit disappointed in the lack of cleaning. I would have been happy to pay a reasonable cleaning fee if it had been available. So this gets a positive, but mixed review. Things could have been improved -- the pictures show this. The unit works fine and the value of new vs refurbished vs renewed vs used is definitely there. This was a $1699 unit new and we paid ~$859.

Scratches at top of screen for premium renewed phone not acceptable
Purchased Iphone 15 Pro premium renewed to from Amazon sold by Amazon to avoid the hassle dealing with third parties. Phone was in perfect shape from what I can see except for the screen. Noticed when cleaning for screen protector there are 3 or 4 scratches at the top of the screen. For a what I expect is supposed to be as good as it gets for a used phone I was disappointed with the screen scratches. That is the one thing that should NEVER have damage if the phone is a premium renewed phone. I might expect a little cosmetic damage on the frame or something if anywhere but NOT the screen. I am keeping the phone because everything is functional and with a good screen protector the adhesive will fill in the scratches but I know they are there. Battery health was at 92%. Everything appears to be working and overall it's not a bad phone. Rating 3 out of 5 for the screen as that is the one thing I have to look at all the time so scratches are not acceptable unless I am buying a fair quality phone and thus expect cosmetic damage even on the screen.
