I didn't realize that each donut has two positions, one harder to squeeze than the other. Coming off an injury, I wish there was an easier option, like a 10 or 15 pound instead of the 60 pound (which is very hard).

This set of grip strength trainers is perfect for me, I have weak hands, wrists, and forearms. The set has several different resistance/weights so that as you build strength you can graduate up to the next ring. Each ring has two weight/resistance limits depending on which way you try to grip it. I also like that they're small and easily portable so I could just throw them in my bag and use the lower resistance ring as a sort of stress ball even. I am also a woman with small hands and these aren't difficult to hold at all, they very easy for me to use which is rare for strength training equipment.

Being an Occupational therapist these are perfect for strengthening hands. I love that they come in four different resistances.My only complaint is that they are a little on the smaller side. I have some other ones which are bigger. I mainly use these on my women patients.Overall these are nice. I am happy with this product.
