This pitcher looks exactly like the original that was replaced. The blade is completely dull, so it must be beating the contents into submission! Haha! It blends things up nicely, but it is extremely loud! I put on my noise cancelling headphones when I’m making my smoothie! I will use this pitcher until it needs replacement. I would not purchase this item again because it is just too loud!After leaving this review, I was contacted by the seller in an effort to make things right. They apologized, refunded my money, and sent me another replacement. The new pitcher is much quieter! After this experience I am changing my review to 5 stars, reflecting the quality of the second pitcher and in response to the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from this seller! Thank you for the excellent follow up!

Ordered in a hurry and didn’t notice that this is **For** Vitamix and not a Vitamix branded blender. The plunger was dented when it arrived and the blender itself is worthless. Huge chunks of ice in smoothies after long time running.

When my vitamix pitcher cracked I was devastated. I tried crazy glue and all other kinds of adhesive to put it back together, but it always ended up leaking again. I finally found this replacement pitcher online and decided to give it a try, and it's an exact match. Can't even tell the difference, and blending quality is the same as well. Blends just as good as before, highly recommend if something happens to your original vitamix pitcher.

I like the quality and fit perfectly in my old 5000 Vitamix

This item is very disappointing. I purchased this item to replace my original Vitamix pitcher that I used daily for over 10 years. My original had eventually become stained and the blades had lost a bit of their edge. Upon receiving and first using this item it seemed alright. It was much louder than the original and the lid leaked during blending if you filled it up more than halfway. However, I rarely do this, so I kept it. After using this item almost daily for seven months, the bottom and blades became detached from the pitcher while in use. This caused a huge mess and stripped the threads on the blades so that they could not be screwed back into the pitcher, rendering the entire item useless. I do not recommend this item in any way, for any reason. I will now be buying the Vitamix brand replacement pitcher, instead.
