Poor quality for hard water. Service provided is nice.
Poor quality. Membranes had to be changed twice in 9 months. Although under warranty but after one year this is going to cost me a bomb. Service provided is good though.

Go for it if you have space constraints in kitchen else go for other products
Writing this review after two years. Product is good without much issues. Water Storage is the only concern..in case of uninformed power shutdown, we will have problems. Kent customer service is also really good in addressing the concerns.

Tank capacity is less than what is claimed
Overall the product is satisfactory. The internal tank started to leak the second day of installation. Looks like quality check of the company of poor.The tank storage is only 4 litre instead of 6 litres.

Never purchase Kent Product In 2025
Using kent for 10 years, it's worst product ever. And Kent support is now pethetic.Within 3 months of installation, started facing issues. And for last 4 months even after several technician visits, it has not been resolved at all.They have replaced all of these major parts - but problems are still unresolved1. TDS Balancer (failure to control TDS levels)2. UV Lamp (fused)3. UV Chamber (leakage)4. Outflow controller (continuous 24-hour water outflow)5. Carbon FilterI have no option now, but to move to the consumer forum. Kent is ignoring and taking things very lightly and have put my family's health at risk.Problems1. it beeps loudly 24 hrs2. Water leaks 24 hrs and so huge water wastage.3. TDS balancer doesn't work (changed now)4. It's causing throat infection
