my grand daughter enjoyed this set--just didn't have any instruction numbers on the bags--so kind of complicated that way--guess the original Lego's have marked bags?? She's 11 years old.

Cute set and the kids loved putting together! They play with most days.

The final product could look very cute, but we won't fully know because so many needed pieces were missing from this set. We are about half way done building, and have already had to find substitutes (from LEGO sets we have) for at least 6 different pieces. Now we need a sticker, and no sticker came with the set. Also, the pieces come in various bags with no rhyme or reason. For instance, in steps 1-3, you need to find pieces that were in 3 different bags. Why wouldn't they label the bags 1-whatever, and all the pieces you need for the first few steps would be in bag #1. We basically had to empty out all the bags of pieces into a giant pile and try to find the one we needed. Would not recommend this product at all.

Honest review: I bought this for my 8year old daughter. Upon opening the box the bags were not labeled so we actually had to sort EVERYTHING out first into similar piles, and it took us 6hrs to build. If ur looking for something to do with ur kids it’s a great project. No pieces missing, definitely had extra left over (unless I did something wrong! lol) tips: since it’s not labeled sort out wats needed via pic instructions in the book and pass to the child, also squish down (flatten out) the pieces as little hands might have some issues. As far as size..it’s super small but cute.

Overall, we had all the important pieces to build the playhouse. We were missing the stickers and a few of the pieces were there but in the wrong colors, so it didn't match the directions. The biggest pain in the butt is the bags are not numbered and the pieces are not grouped together by steps. We had to open 5 different bags to do step 1. We had every bag (all 1018 pieces) open open by step 15. There were pieces everywhere. We sorted them by color to make them easier to find. As long as you have a lot of room and can allow pieces to sit out for a long period of time, it's doable, just not ideal.
