I recently purchased a multi-setting abs trainer, and it has completely transformed my core workouts! The adjustable settings allow me to customize the intensity and target different areas of my abs, making each session more effective and versatile. Whether I’m doing light toning exercises or more intense strength training, this machine supports my goals perfectly.

One of the arm patches stopped working after just a couple of sessions. Quality seems poor. The rest of it has stopped working now. As soon as you try to use it on the higher settings, it stops working. Appalling waste of money.

I brought this for my boyfriend as a present for his birthday. He was so happy and very impressed. He used it strait away and he said is the best product ever. He uses it everyday day and he says it s really working better than he could imagine. Good value for money 💰

Item arrived well packaged. Does come with instructions but its vague, says only to charge when not in use for a long time but doesnt state if you need to charge it before use or how to know when it needs charging. Also doesnt explain in the booklet if your skin needs to wet before applying the pads. I've tried all 3 pads on, and it feels like pins and needles when their switched on, I used them all on the highest setting to feel the full affect for the time limited until it switches itself off, cant say I've felt any difference just yet and no after effect or tightness follows like when you do an actual workout. I dont believe using them is equivalent to a long run or any other type of exercise like it misleads you to believe. I also couldnt do much while the smaller ones were on my arms or legs because they would just come loose. The charging port is good because it's a triple lead. I will continue to use but I'm not expecting great results

Expected to see this product in the size for man but when received it looked way smaller like it would be build for child but yes kind off works but after very long time you might see some changes.

Good for a short time, then the pads stopped functioning

Flimsy, pound shop nonsense. Battery lasted barely 15 mins on max, feeling little more than a gentle tickle. Contact pads separating when peeling off backing. Rebranded QC Fail garbage. Don't waste your time or money.

First time trying an abs and biceps trainer and it us great. You get up to 12 min sessions and select your own levels. You tone your muscles and don't have to move 😁. Cannot wait to see the progress and I can already see it working after a few uses 🙌
