First thing is that not all neck supports suit everyone. The shape & size of the human anatomy varies greatly. You must pay attention to the measurements given & measure yourself. I have found that this support is brilliant for me. I wear it when my neck gets tired & I start to look down to much. I have impingement on 3 of my cervical spine vertebrae. The support just helps to gently take the pressure off & gives the neck muscles a chance to relax. Yes I would recommend this item, it works for me.

good product but a bit bulky

I like this product, it makes me feel comfortable and reliefs my pain!

I bought this product as I am a "sloucher" - my day job often involves 8-12 hours of hunching over keyboards typing, and as such as the day goes on, my neck takes the brunt of terrible posture.I got this device to try and help not only reposition my head during "rest" after working, but also during working as a way to hopefully give me some way of training myself not to slouch/ bend forward.The product itself is well made. It's nicely formed and the materials seem good. The whole product is memory foam, so can be compressed to the included bag for storage, and expands to usable size quickly when needed.In use, after a busy day and with quite a sore neck, I followed the (minimal) instructions and wore the product. First impression - for my 17" collar size neck, it was very tight. To the point that it was uncomfortable. But I persevered.The next thing I realised is that relaxing was hard - the pressure underneath my chin made drinking/ eating hard, and just generally made me feel unpleasant.I tried again the next day during work hours (when not on video calls!) and the same issues manifested.I am sure that the product would suit some, but for me with my larger neck, I am not sure I will continue to use this. And in fact, after work, it did seem to accent the neck strain, not relieve it.

This is nice product. Have bought many collars that were too hard, too high, uncomfortable etc. this one much better.

The media could not be loaded. I like how well this supports my neck, it has a nice curve that sits perfectly around the front of my neck and under my chin, that makes it very comfortable to wear.The foam has a good density, so it holds the weight of my neck well, but does give, so it doesn’t dig in or feel uncomfortable.The hook and loop closure work well too, it feels strong and very durable.The material covering the whole brace is very soft, and has a good feeling against my skin.All in all, this is a very comfortable, and supportive brace.

Very Good product fitted well and did the job

This is the best neck brace our of 3 that I have tried - onee purchased off counetr froam a pharamacy in emergency, another one from Amazon which i had to return because it was uncomfortable.This one suits me very well, as i do not have a long neck and the fit suits me.The bonis is the price,. Just goes to show you dont have to pay a fortune to get the best to suit you.Well done Willcom
