Without regular taming, my monobrow would look like Bert's from Sesame Street but this small magnifying mirror with built-in lighting is ideal for keeping my unruly brows under control when I'm travelling. The last travel magnifying mirror I had (different brand) felt far more 'plasticky' and the bulb burned out after just a few months. It also required batteries whereas this model is charged via a USB-C cableThis double mirror has a high build quality and a bright, but not glaring, light that surrounds each side. The design is clean and simple but at the same time it incorporates a surprisingly high level of functionality.The touch button is nicely responsive so that one gentle tap turns the lights on and off - the first tap turns on the 1X magnification mirror light, a second tap switches off the 1X light and turns on the 10X light and a third tap turns on both lights. You can also dim and brighten the lights by holding your finger on the touch button.The mirrors are quite small and therefore not ideal for applying a full face of make-up, and the catch is slightly fiddly to open if you have short nails. Also, the two sides are weighted unevenly so the mirror can only be propped up without support if the 1X magnification side is flat on the table - not the other way around. But for hand held, close-up use, this mirror is ideal and the strong magnification is perfect for my middle-aged eyes.Overall, I'm very pleased with this mirror. It's light, bright and compact... and prevents me from being mistaken for a Muppet when I'm on holiday.

Compact good size, a bit heavy, lovely colour but pity it has makers name on the lid..was going to order several as gifts but won't order this brand due to name on lid..not necessary could have been on base

Again this was another purchase for my daughter who is studying in England for a year. She has the opportunity to travel to other countries while she is there so this is a perfect thing for overnight or weekend trips. Perfect lights on both sides including one side that is magnifying!I have to say Amazon makes this so easy for me to send things to her. I pay in my own currency and it arrives in a timely fashion. Very convenient and easy for a worrying Mom.

Good size and bright light that can be switched from one side to the other easily. The standard mirror is great for me but I find the higher magnification much harder to use. Maybe my eyes are just wonky, but I can see nothing in it unless I move it really close to my face and it makes me feel horribly cross-eyed trying to find the point at which things come into focus!

This is a great little mirror the magnification is really good and the lights make it easy to see what your doing. would definitely buy again
