Transparent Dressing 3M Tegaderm? Film 6 X 8 Inch, 10 Per Box

You can fiddle with all the "waterproof" or "water-resistant" bandages from Walmart or other vendors, but none of them compare to this product. My wife used a plural drain for several months and we had to change the dressing every other day. We were constantly impressed at how Tegaderm had worked out every detail. Our first Tegaderm dressings initially came with the "Plurex" drain kits but when we ran out of the kits and tried to use OTC dressings from the stores, they were either impossible to apply correctly or failed to protect against moisture - so we ordered in a supply from Amazon. The Tegaderms are easy to peel apart, easy to locate accurately over the wound, and easy to apply. It would be hard to make a mistake. And they are 100% shower-proof! I just had hernia surgery myself and was SO happy that I had these Tegaderm dressings on hand!

This water proof tape is highly recommended by our household. Very easy to work with, and it stands by it's name. I have ordered it in past years, and currently using it now. It is not over priced. You can cut it to fit smaller places if you want, or use it entirely with the patch to keep the wound dry.

We have tried several different adhesives for a port on the arm. This keeps it safe, dry and easy to use. Use for the shower and it is great. This continues to be our favorite 10/10

I have used tegaderm for many things in the past. I ordered these for shoulder surgery, the dressing looked huge,,, but when removed to redress the ones I ordered were way to large,, I will keep them as they may be of use in the future

This is a very good waterproof cover for wounds.

My husband had cervical surgery that required this item. I had to change this dressing daily. This dressing was easy to deal with as when you separated the back from the bandage, it did not give me any trouble (easy to take apart and easy to put on the wound).

I like that I can use the film to shield my eyes from shampoo following surgery.

Tegaderm has been on the market for decades. It's uses range from holding IVs in place to field dressing a blister well enough for the victim to walk on it, and to cover those unfortunate road rashes.This are large pieces of tegaderm. I find it useful for those all to frequent occasions where my shins get skinned. It's not fun. Tegaderm protects the wound, allows oxygen to reach the would, and repels water. I keep in my backpacker first aid kit.Don't leave the trailhead without it.
