Normally I get my hair bleached at a salon but with tough times I've decided to go back to my natural colour.The colour is incredible and it's very easy to apply.My hair came out beautifully with no unwanted patches. I will be purchasing every month from now on.

This is a lovely colour and in the light it’s beautiful but it is super super dark brown. Covered grey hair really well and didn’t dry my hair out at all.

Fabulous product, great colour

The media could not be loaded. I have a lot of greys, not a lot of time and not enough money to go to a salon. Therefore, I’ve tried nearly all of the different makes of hair dye and this is my fave one. I like the grey coverage, ease of use and the smell isn’t too bad either,

This hair dye has a lot of red tones, looks very ginger and coppery in the light in my case, which is great if thats what you're going for, but if your choosing to use this dye to try get the colure shown the box then you may be slightly disappointed.

My natural colour is a light hazelnut brown, very similar to the colour shown on the box. I bought this to cover my greys while maintaining my natural colour.Pro'sThis is a really good consistency. Thin enough to spread easily but not so much that it runs everywhere. The smell I'd strong but not overpowering and not unpleasant.It rinsed out very easily, my hair didn't feel dry or coarse during or after rinsing.The conditioner is lovely. I was able to blow dry my hair while only running my fingers through the lengths, no need for a brush.My hair looks and feels soft and smooth. The usual flyaways nowhere to be seen.I got this on my arm by mistake and didn't realise until I was ready to rinse. It came right off with just warm water, no soap or scrubbing necessary.Con'sThe colour is nothing like the box. It's looks a dark chestnut colour in the shade but the moment light hits it, it's an awful brassy red.There was zero grey coverage. I didn't expect my greys to vanish but I had thought enough colour would take to blend them in. Nope, they are as white as ever.All in all. If they ever decide to market the conditioner, I'll happily buy a bottle but not the hair dye. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I bought the shade 5PB because I was looking to cover a bad box dye gone wrong. My hair was orange and I chose this as looking suitable enough to cover it.It has covered the orange hair, BUT, this stuff stains! It won't wash out my skin at all. I know they say to rub vaseline around your hairline and ears prior to dyeing but who actually does that?! I've tried everything to remove it, I've even tried rubbing harsh acetone on my skin and nothing has worked to budge it. Another reviewer saying this wasn't too difficult to remove from skin - that is inaccurate!That's why I can only give it 3 stars. My hairline, forehead, ears, neck and jawline are stained very badly, it kind of looks like henna dye stains, and it's going to be quite embarrassing leaving the house for a week or two.
