Where can i find the manufacture date on the cans?

There is no expiration date on the cans. The butter will last indefinitely if kept in acool place.

How long will the butter last once open?

This butter will last as long as any other butter. Store it in the refrigerator for months. Store it in a butter bell for at least two weeks. It will also freeze after opened (in a sealed container) and it does well. This butter is super delicious!!
