KEEN Women's Voyageur Low Height Breathable Hiking Shoe

Yay! Finally found a comfortable pair of sturdy walking shoes for my upcoming trips to Europe and Alaska. I have been struggling for 3 months...ordering and returning. Very frustrating. We will be walking in urban areas and hiking. It will be wet. These shoes are not waterproof but are water resistant. I plan to spray them with waterproofing before we go. They are comfortable right out of the box...as long as I add my orthotics ON TOP of the ones that come with the shoe or another thinner pair of padded inserts. Another trick is to cut part of the front of the original pad and then add your own to make sure you have enough toe room. Double layer of cushy! The shoes run wide so if you don't have a wide foot..I do not...it helps to take up some of the width and make a better fit. The shoes run short in my opinion. I have 3 pairs of Keen sandals (closed toe) in an 8 1/2 and they fit well. I needed a 9 1/2 in this shoe. I am so far very pleased with these shoes. They are a bit heavy, not as bad as some, but I do plan to wear them on the plane as they would not pack very well.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these Keens!!! These fit differently and better for me than all of the other Keens. They are a terrific walking shoe for all seasons. Even though not waterproof, I've not had them soak through but I'm not walking through puddles either. I have 3 pair: one for walking, one for yard work and one for working out indoors. Love them! AND no orthotic needed. Very well made foot bed! I wear instead of running/trainers now.

Very comfortable shoes

These are great sneakers! I hope they continue to make them. They fit comfortably, last a while with every day wearing! I like the wrapped toe shield that stays on instead of cheaper sneakers that peel apart.The bottom treads separate long before they wear out otherwise, so I glue them back on.I don't like the heel of the shoe 'breaking' after slipping on so many times. It bends down and jabs my heel and I have to fix it with pulling it back in place. They aren't dressy sneakers, for those wanting lighter colors, but they do the job. I don't think they are water proof, but they might be? My feet don't get wet wearing them through wet grass or rain, but I'm not stepping in puddles. I'd prefer they not cost so much, but really like this shoe for what it offers me

I absolutely love these shoes! I have all kinds heel issues and these shoes are snug and firm which gives the support I need. I am a heavy duty walker so this is very important to me. I highly recommend these shoes!

My wife loves these hiking shoes. They arrived in the morning and she wore them hiking that day. No problems, good fit.

Love this shoe! My feet are comfortable, great support and rugged for the rocky hills around here. Love it much better than the Targhee.
