Excellent replacement for my broken 3D laser, for now
I wrote a lengthy review that failed to submit correctly, unfortunately. This is a great replacement for a 3D laser I have that broke. This one does just forward-facing horizontal and vertical lines. If you need a line along a floor to layout tile, this isn't it. If you need a line all the way around a room to set a drop ceiling, this isn't it. If you need to just get all your outlets set at the same height, or all your studs straight up and down, this is perfect. I also used it to get two pictures on opposite sides of my fireplace set at exactly the same height, perfectly. Tough to go wrong with a Klein tool.

Great Tool - Compact, Self Leveling
Perfect for homeowners, DIY or others who don't need a high performing unit. Has what you need - multiple mount methods, compact, self leveling, horizontal and vertical beam. Simple and intuitive to use. Annoying you need a screw driver to change the batteries, but otherwise a nice tool and good value.

I am thoroughly impressed with the Klein Tools 93PTL Magnetic Pocket Laser Level. The bright red leveling and alignment tool is incredibly accurate and easy to use. Not the tool I needed.
This is a good laser level, but I think I’d spend the extra money for a self leveling laser, with a laser point instead of a laser line. Though I’m sure there are applications that this one will be good for.

Great product
The item works great. Very handy when your 25 ft up and need to line up some measurements.Only complaint is the packaging it came in.... Looks like a mouse are it. Should not have came that way. I had pictures but Ama-zon won't post them
