I have a really bad neck injury I've had for years, I finally decided to do something about it as sleeping was becoming impossible. I bought this pillow and last night I slept really well. It's really comfy it's nice and soft other pillows I've tried have been hard as rocks. This supports the neck perfectly and for the the money it's brilliant value. Today I have very little pain in my neck and I slept really well, woke up having felt I'd had a good night's sleep which believe me has been a rarity

While the GC GAVENO CAVAILIA Orthopedic Pillow initially seemed promising for neck and shoulder pain relief, I've had a mixed experience. The memory foam is soft and supportive, but I've found that it doesn't contour to my neck as well as I'd hoped. The removable cover is a nice touch, but it can be a bit difficult to put back on. Overall, it's a decent pillow, but it might not be the perfect solution for everyone with neck pain.

I was initially sceptical how a pillow can help you sleep better !My wife had purchased this a week before me.She was very positive about how she has no neck pain or tension when she wakes after purchasing the pillow.So when I asked if I could try it for a couple of nights , she agreed!I normally sleep two regular pillows but struggle with old injuries, so getting comfy is a bit like a Tetris challenge.I was surprised that straight away I noticed I was more comfy , you have a slightly more raised section depending how you sleep but I find the higher side better for side sleeping , it's not a huge difference height wise front and back but both are comfy with cut outs for arm placement if needed.The foam remains in shape with zero loss of bounce and support.The cover is detachable and has been washed without shrinking or damage .The pillow doesn't feel like plastic or hot as I was initially wondering about but zero issues in the warmer June nights we've had.for value it's great , the company behind the pillow have a few other well praised products.If struggle with tension and neck pain I would certainly give this pillow a try .I won't be going back to conventional ones and I'll be bringing this on future holidays too as it squashes down well .

Should’ve sent back pillow not hundred percent how I thought it would be. I thought it would be a hole in the middle for airflow but it’s just a button not very big not very comfortable save your money pay a little bit more and get some more quality

I struggled with the right pillow all my life die to neck pain but this pillow is so soft and firm and comfy. Excellent pillow for side sleepers. Solved my problem. I am not sure about neck pain as yet it is slightly better, but sleep is comfortable for sure.

Very pleased with this. Been a memory foam convert for many years and gave this a go on a whim. Performs a lot better than more expensive pillows I’ve had in the past and I really like the side grooves for my arms. I’ve had this quite a few months and it’s lasting well.

Good neck support and appealing shape and size. It works perfectly.
