Decent quality receiver!
So far so good!! Was a bit worried the price wasn’t going to get me a quality receiver. But works great! Power is decent. Have it hooked up (inside) to two outdoor speakers and the sound is pretty amazing!! Easy to setup also

Worst purchase I've made in a long time.
I'll never but another Pyle product again. This thing is junk. I just wanted to set up a simple/cheap 5.1 surround setup with my Chromecast. There was no 5.1 capability in this amp. The surround channels just buzzed with no audio coming through. The front left and right speakers also buzzed horribly, which is just how bad this receiver's quality is. The receiver also causes the speakers to pop LOUDLY when you turn it on, or turn it off, which is just janky. The remote control did not work AT ALL. I tried 2 sets of brand new batteries just to be sure. I've bought a few other Pyle amplifiers and they've all been replaced, because they are junk. Do yourself a favor, spend a few more dollars and buy something from Pioneer, which is what I did, and it's perfect out of the box. Sorry Pyle, you lost a repeat customer.

Seems to be just fine. This refurbished unit did not come with all the quick start info and set-up instructions.

YES...this Pyle Theater receiver sounds GREAT! REMOTE IS NICE!***I've purchased several Pyle amps from Amazon and this one is great!!!***Also, the remote that comes with this amp is the best Pyle remote, that I've ever used!

There are better options
Wouldn't recommend. It works fine but in comparison to my other receivers, this is the bare minimum for the price. The audio output is meh and dialing it in is so annoying. I'm using it for the guest room surround sound and older gaming systems so it's not used on a regular basis. I say splurge and get the next best.

won't play dvd or blu ray players thru the hdmi ports
this thing will not play a DVD player or BD player thru the HDMI ports. I wonder if it is set up internally for a playback area other than the US, ie., China. It will play the Dune media player thru the HDMI ports.Has no headphone jackworst operator manual i've ever seen

Easy setup, great sound
The media could not be loaded. Initial pops when powering on had me concerned but soon stopped when I got hookups set. Max output to my Klipsh is not deafening but more than loud enough. Great bass response and LOVE the hdmi switching. I have it hooked up PC-amp-3dtv and it works flawlessly . For the pice, great amp

You get what you pay for - at least it could have attempted to work, total fail.
HDMI came through badly and even with new cables I could not get them to work. It failed to pair with my Xfinity remote no matter how much I tried. There is a reason this is cheaply priced.
