The HA is more than I expected and provides every thing I wanted for a hearing aid.Update: it still works fine but the volume in Bluetooth mode only can be adjusted on the phone and a little bit low. The battery only last 12 hours instead of 16 hours after full charged. There is no any information about the warranty and customer service from the user’s manual , no where found to contact and send for repair since the company is in China.contact or send bake for repair because the company is in China.Just tried in a noisy restaurant, the three modes are no difference.Update : The HA works great for me in the passed 5 months,but unfortunately the right one stopped working today, no sound from the microphone, cleaned and changed the wax guard, still no sound. . I contacted Amazon because no seller’s contact information. I still believe the HA is very good at the price range although 1. Short battery life,2. Noise cancellation no good.I received the new HA today . Amazon and Vodeson’ s customer service are great, Thanks ! .

Original review below was great but the left hearing aid stopped working after 6 months. So quality looks like a fault. PassI have high frequency hearing loss that makes it difficult for me to hear my wife, kids and certain other people.A couple years ago I went to a hearing doc and went through the whole process of getting hearing aids. I paid $4500 for the pair recommended by the doc and had to make several appointments to get them adjusted/set etcetera etcetera. I also found the hearing quality on the Bluetooth poor which meant I had to take out my hearing aids and switch over to earbuds when I got a call or wanted to watch a video or listen to music on my phone. Ultimately, one of the aids did not hold a charge so I had to return it which required another appointment and I was charged a $150 stocking fee. I was so frustrated I just abandoned the whole thing and lived with poor hearing for another year.After that, hearing aids became available over the counter which got me searching for something to get me by on Amazon.I considered getting some of the aids in the $1000 range but ultimately bought these because they seemed to have all of the attributes I was looking for (self adjustment and Bluetooth) and the price was right.I was bitter and Skeptical but I am writing this review to say how pleasantly surprised and happy I am with these.They work great! I can hear my family, they hold a charge and the Bluetooth hearing quality is perfect so I don’t have to switch over to to earbuds when I get a call or listen to something on my phone. In summary, I am very, very pleased. Plus, as a bonus, I don’t have to deal with the hearing doc which is liberating.Thank you

While they are easy to use, they change the frequency of tunes. For example, if I whistle or hear a song the left ear piece changes the tune slightly, making the song out of tune in that ear.I don't mean that it amplifies it differently, that would make one louder than the other. It actually changes the frequency of the tune. I manually set both earpieces to boost each band identically and still experience the tonal diference.

I was very skeptical and thought if I can’t get it to connect to my phone it’s all going back immediately. I struggled because some passcode came up that I couldn’t find anywhere on product to verify that this was needed. I braved it and accepted the next step. I also didn’t realize in order to connect the hearing aids needed to be out of charger. I’m very persistent and hopeful so I didn’t give up. I have taken two hearing tests in the last two years and the results are very comparable to the hearing test done on ha-fit app. The Bluetooth was important to me as well. The music that came out of these was beautiful sounding. I’m testing them for one week. As of day two they die of charge 4-5 hrs into my day. They start at full charge so that was disappointing. I have small ears so I was very pleased at the comfort. So far impressed with what I am experiencing for the price.

I have a degree in engineering electronics (the ones who read this and understand the term "engineering electronics will know where I studied). Anyway, I've tried several well-made over the counter OTC hearing aids that didn't seem to help. I have an audiograph from an audiologist that showed an overall hearing level with a peak in a certain frequency. I noticed that these had an equalizer app included. I tried them using the hearing evaluation included. The audiograph the app showed after the hearing test was the same as the one the audiologist gave me. The app compensated for the frequency spike. The first set I purchased had a noise in the right hearing aid. I returned them to Amazon and purchased another set that has worked great. I have recommended them to my friends. So far, doing great.

These are great hearing aidsIt takes time to adjust them to your hearing needs.But it is worth it .I really like it that I can program them from my phone.My hearing can change a little everyday. Depending on sinus and allergies. It is so handy to ajust them to my hearing needs. If you like to program things they are fun. If you don't you might not find them fun .I can program them for different movies. And hear without extra speakers behind my head. And I don't have to have the volume up to where it irritates my wife.They programed easily to my phone. But they wouldn't program to an app. On my smart tv .There still maybe a way.If I use my phone to put program on TV I can hear the program in my hearing aids. There is always away.They are a lot If fun to mess with.Update. Stopped working after 6 months. I cleaned them and put new wax guards in. App said they were charged to 90% but didn't work .Seller did nothing out of warranty.Amazon did nothing out of warranty.I am a senior on senior income. No one offered me any help. Or a discount on a different kind.So I am out the money. And now no hearing aids.Back yo not hearing. And I can't buy 3000.00 one's.
