I am already a fan of Dr. Mercola and some of his supplements, and I am equally pleased with these Organic Fermented Greens. I'll be honest, I don't like eating vegetables and so I just don't eat a lot of them, especially greens. So this is the perfect supplement for me. The pills are on the larger side, but I always take my pills with food so this isn't an issue for me, but if you have problems with large pills it could be difficult for you. So far I have no negative side effects from taking these.

I would advise extreme caution if you have heart disease. It can raise your blood pressure and I had a heart attack a few minutes after having an all natural smoothie except for this supplement (2 capsules) addedSo be cautious!

I have used other supplements from Dr. Mercola and been pleased with them. I like that this one is in a glass bottle. I think the capsules are just a size bigger than standard sized capsules so they are just a little larger than what I normally see. However, they weren't hard to swallow and I had no bad effects from them. I can smell the veggie smell when I stick my nose over the bottle. However, I don't get that from just the one supplement at a time. It suggests three a day and I spread them out. I couldn't taste them either. I think eating vegetables and fermented foods like sour kraut is the best option but when life gets a little crazy, these are nice to have on hand when I don't have all the veggies around like I usually do.

I trust the Dr. Mercola brand and have lots of the supplements here already, so I was happy to try the fermented greens. Also, I sometimes skimp on greens in my dash-about life, so I wanted to have the nutrients in supplement form. These have been a positive experience for me. This is an easy way to boost my health without going through the trouble of juicing or making a smoothie. This one bottle saves me a lot of fridge space too from storing kale, wheatgrass, and all the other greens in these capsules. I just take 3 capsules a day, which is easy to swallow, and I can rest easy that my body is getting an amazing antioxidant boost from all these greens.

I love every product from Dr Mercola that I've tried and I know they are very good quality. But I can't take this on days I know I'm going to be around people (which is pretty much every day) because I get very gassy when I take them. I normally don't have a problem with greens or fermented foods in general, but I guess the combo of the two just doesn't sit right with my system or I need to do some sort of cleanse first.
