Amazing brand!
I bought the toaster and few months later one side stopped working. When I contacted the department responsible for the item, the response was incredible fast. The only tem was replaced in just a few days after I contacted them. Best service ever and great product.

Worst toaster ever
No matter what setting you put this on it either doesn’t toast correctly or burns the toast. Useless. Avoid

Broke after a year...but otherwise does what it should.
This is a great looking toaster, but after a year (exactly?!) the mechanism to slide the bread into the toaster stopped working on one side. So essentially now, only a 2 slice toaster.
