I haven’t used it much, so can’t comment on how it will last. But for now, seems to be very good quality, files very well.

My favourite nail file
Since I've found this nail file I looked no further.This is a replacement because I managed to break the previous one (it got crammed in the wrong way in a suitcase). I had it for years, it is quite sturdy and wouldn't break with normal use but it is glass after all.

Good quality
I'm surprised a Zwilling product was this cheap. It's excellent quality. It's perfect for using on my 5 year olds nails as there are no sharp edges to it's easy on the surrounding skin, so I would recommend it for using on children.

Broken on delivery
This item was broken so unable to use. Packaging from the company does not protect the glass file, enough for it to be posted in an Amazon cardboard pouch. Amazon offer option to contact the company but that is pointless as Zwilling blame Amazon. So with both Amazon and Zwilling not accepting responsibility, I remain out of pocket. Advice from Zwilling was order through them direct and not Amazon. Unfortunately they don’t offer the same customer service through Amazon as they would if purchasing directly. Amazon won’t give any option to return, replace or refund this item, through their online options. A phone call to Amazon customer support will hopefully resolve the issues.
