Didn't know this was what I needed- until I looked at my old sneakers. They are all worn off on the outside of the heel. I have been using these for a month and my knee and ankle pain is gone. I have a long history of injections and wraps that never helped. These feel a bit stiff out of the box, but are exactly the right support.

Work well, just slippery with socks.

My husband has had 2 hip replacements and 1 knee replacement. The 1st hip replacement he waited way too long before having it done. In doing so he lost some leg length. After getting 2nd hip replacement it really caused a limp because the newest joint set him up even more. So doctor told him to add a heel lift with helped but he kept wearing out shoes because the soles were tilting and wearing down only on one side. Found these and it fixed it. He now stands straight and his shoes are lasting so much longer. Bought these for all his shoes and boots. Even houseshoes!

The cushions compress as soon as you step in them. They don't hold their form and it makes them pretty useless unfortunately. I would have returned them, but I had to cut them to make them fit in my shoes (I wear a size 6 in women's).

A little short for men. I wear size 13. Not long enough at all

My husband has a very demanding job and always comes home with back pains but not after buying this. He says it's like walking on air. I wish they was a little cheaper tho.

So far so good, love the fact that it’s more firm them others & hopefully it last longer. I’m a size 7 women so I got the second size from the first one. I heard they run smaller & I’m so glad I got the next size up. Fits perfectly. Well made, there wasn’t any adhesive but it’s not sliding around because it fits perfect. It’s helping my supination well.

I am knock knee’d. I look like an idiot when I walk it makes me look heavier and it’s starting to be uncomfortable on my hips and feet. I’ll be honest I bought these for vanity reasons because I wanted to change my gate. I bought a couple different kinds I like them all, but these are my favorite. They really are amazing. They’re not expensive so you can try them and see if they work for you but they worked for me and I’m thrilled because I’m a nurse and I put them in my new HOKA’s and made them 1 million times more comfortable for me. They do feel firm. They’re not cushy, but they work.
