I bought this 3-wheeled version because I have knee arthritis in both knees. This thing is awesome! Way better than my expectations. Just loaded it up in my CRV and took it to an extremely crowded Costco. Had to park....way way out from the entrance. Unloaded.. Assembled in about 2 min. Took off! Was in and out of Costco in no time! Super easy to maneuver in crowded store. Very comfortable seat. Really pleased with the purchase!Not sure how people tip this over. I was worried after reading some of the reviewers cautions but I have had zero issues. Also have a steep driveway to get up..worried for no reason about that... zipped up the driveway without an issue!

My wife loves her new scooter, the ride is very smooth. the seat is very comfortable only 2 complaints the battery charger only flashes green never a solid green second the package was delayed by one day the scooter it ok the box was damaged & none of the Styrofoam had survived the trip ,every piece of the foam was broken

Love this scooter. Can get close to the toilet to transfer. Can go into doorways easily. This is our fifth one in our fifteen year ordeal. I’m a 69 years old woman and I take it apart and put it together for my husband. This one is an extra one to leave in the car and use it in our trips. Yeah. The seat even swivels to fit under restaurant tables. Life changing!!! It is not as stable as a four wheel but the four wheels are not maneuverable.

It ran fine until, without warning, it stopped dead. I had to bring his old mobility scooter to rescue him in our driveway & push it into our house. I am 72. He is 75 and can't walk.It wouldn't charge. It was completely dead, no lights, nothing. I read the manual very carefully, put it in drive position. Pushed the reset button and it's fine. It was fully charged. He must have hit the button accidently with his feet. Thank goodness. He is so happy that it's working.

Received the scooter, but when I take off (push throttle to go) and when I let go the throttle to stop it, jerks really bad! I didn’t want to return it. I wanted to fix it but it seems impossible to get a hold of anybody to give me ideas on how to fix it….. so if nobody calls me back today to fix it, I’m returning it and they had better pay for it! And of course there’s no box to put it into return it so that’s kind of dumb to even suggest. Anyway, well, we’ll see what happens.Hmmmm, nobody is answering the phone listed go figure!

My wife has MS. She is nonambulatory and uses the unit all day every day so it gets a significant amount of use. This is the 4th Pride scooter we've purchased in the last 16 years.These units are well built, are relatively easy to disassemble and transport and reliable.However, I'm disappointed with the latest incarnation of the "Elite Traveler". I find they have changed the electronics which control the acceleration of the unit. Because it now accelerates too quickly, it has become more difficult to turn when in tighter quarters. I'll note this is not just an issue of setting the speed too high.I highly recommend that the engineers at Pride re-evaluate the performance and safety of this unit since I anticipate it's modified performance will result in a much higher rate of user accidents.I welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter with Pride Engineers.

I was so surprised to get the scooter so soon! It was so easy to assemble and will be a breeze placing in car and taking it out of car. Only thing I wish it had was a light for night time bathroom visits but will purchase one, so not a deal breaker by any means. This was for my 90 year young mom and she is so happy and only had it a few hours. She had no trouble using it. It turns really sharp and can get through small spaces. She has a bathroom door that is only 24" wide and she can clear it with room left on both sides as long as the chair arms are in in closest position. The family is very pleased. Thank you for making her day!
