Even though advertised as "good" condition, from the description they should be "barely visible from 30 centimetres away". The device I received has a very obvious chip in the centre of the screen which is clearly visible from much further than 30 centimetres away, making it barely "acceptable" condition, never mind "good". I tried to see if they could offer a discount given the false advertising but was just given a return option. As I planned to primarily use the switch with my tv I decided returning wasn't worth the hassle. Then within a month of purchase the controllers started having issues, always pulling characters to the left even when not touching the controller. Recalibration only fixes the issue slightly and will deteriorate within a few days again. When reaching out to the seller to see if they could help I received a rather unhelpful response that a refund was no longer possible and to recalibrate the controllers, which I had already explained wasn't working. I am very disappointed in the product and would recommend avoiding this seller.

This product arrived and as I was unboxing it I noticed items were missing such as the straps that go on the joycons and the official Nintendo charger needed to use the dock as the 3rd party charger they supplied me with did not supply enough power for the dock to work so I do not recommend this if you are planning on spending extra money to buy a official Nintendo charger and joycon straps. I have taken this up with Amazon customer services but they have said I will have to continue to wait. Apart from that it works well. Although this was advertised as excellent condition yet there are a few scratches on the screen. This has really disappointed me!!!

Brought excellent.The item arrived in an M&S carrier bag.The item was filthy insideThe joystick was all damaged/chipped.The wires and box all dusty//muddy.The switch still logged in and not even on factory reset.

One of the joy-cons keep flickering left and right but luckily I bought a controller but other than that, the switch works perfectly and all accessories work bar the one joy con
