Great Accounting book

Very easy to understand accounting book. If you know nothing this book will help. If you need a refresher this book is helpful.

I hate to say but this book is much more on an intense academic level than any other book I have tried. For me too hard to follow. Joy of accounting seems to be the best for people like me.

I read it, learned bookkeeping by using this book and finally, after ten years I became a CFO with six figures salary because of this book.

this is a great book if you are trying to learn accounting without having to go to college and feel stupid with an instructor.

The book has a lot of good info. And even has some nuanced ways of looking at financial concepts. It is detracted from by having many incorrect examples. So if you are learning this from scratch and buy this book you will encounter wrong examples that haven't been proofread. That's unfortunate since this book seems to cater to people who are trying to learn accounting by themselves.
