This is made of high quality, THICK stainless steel.This is a wonderful product and not a cheap knock-off. Sides are high enough to maintain your cooking needs without getting in the way with sides tapering down to an open front.I was pleasantly surprised the thick stainless steel used. I real treasure in a world of disposable junk.UPDATE FEB 2022It has almost been a full few years since my purchase and this piece is still as good as the day I bought it. Everyone that loves grilling will love this griddle. It cooks my veggies, toasts my buttered burger buns, even can cook my breakfast if I wanted. I have seen thin knock offs at the big box stores. Don’t waste your money and give this piece a serious look for your outdoor cooking. I can’t believe I’m updating a 3 year old review, but this piece is solid enough to get one.

Not good for liquids or anything wet. There’s two corners with holes
Great on my gas stove or my gas grill for smash burgers, sliders grilled cheese, etc.

Well made
The griddle is well made and fits my grill surface very well. The griddle evenly distributes the heat, whether cooking veggies or burgers all comes out fantastic. Very easy to clean. I would have given it 5 stars if there were a handle installed on the back edge. Good product overall.

What a great purchase I made
This grill pan is beautiful. I wanted one for my new pellet grill to cook veggies on and to brown my meats at the end of smoking. It’s much heavier than I expected. I would 100% buy this again but I will never need another, the quality is that good.

Quality
This is high quality item. It’s perfect for flat top grilling and conducts the heat very well. It’s a bit heavy to carry back and forth to the grill, so we decided to clean it and keep it outside in the prep area. Happy with the purchase.

Simple, yet highly functional design. Perfect depth size too.
Simple designs are the best. Why so many include a grease trap that is one more thing to clean and a mess is silly. It’s on a grill. The grill has a grease trap. This the grease can slough off like a grill is meant to collect. Side walls are key to flip things. I’m sorry for people wanting this product and it’s unavailble now. It really works perfectly. It is a thick piece of stainless, BTW grease drains in the back corners too.
