Instantly Works, great result
This corporate lifestyle had really messed up my sleeping routine. Due to the screen time, I was unable to sleep properly as even a little bit of light exposure made it impossible for me to sleep. Waste of money, There is no benefit from this.
It has been 2 hours since I ate this and I have been keeping my eyes closed for the last 2 hours but I am not able to sleep at all.

Great non-addictive supplement
For everyone who isn't ready to deal with the addiction of sleeping pills, I think this is the best way to actually fix your sleeping schedule. I wasn't in a proper schedule for the longest time when it comes to sleep and started taking sleeping pills but that made it worse because before I couldn't sleep on time but what happened after taking sleeping pillswas that I couldn't sleep when I didn't take them giving me a bigger problem to deal with. But then my sister suggested I get strongerme Deep Sleep as she had been taking it sometimes for better sleep. I started taking it immediately as it was super easy to take and didn't taste weird as well. It was a great alternative. I haven't been addicted and it fixed my sleeping pattern with ease.

not for everyone.
the whole body feels relaxed. def works within a few minutes but if youre mind isn't calm, then you'll feel like a lethargic zombie just trying to fall asleep. 40℅ asleep 60% awake. thats been my experience.

It is amazing, Do buy!
The product literally revolutionary. I didn't expect it to be this effective. Not like any other supplement which takes very long time to actually show results. I have taken this every day before a sleeping and trust me when I say this, it has been a blessing for a person like me who wasn't able to keep up with a proper sleep schedule. These melting strips have just one weird thing that when I take it, it gets sticks a little in my mouth but then it melts in seconds. I feel super sleepy in like 15-20 minutes of taking this. No weird groggy feeling after waking up
Was super Skeptical about trying these strips. But my sleep schedule was literally non-existent thanks to my night shifts. Been using these for a week -they actually work?? The cranberry taste isn't bad and I'm finally sleeping by 11 instead of staring at my ceiling till 3am. No weird groggy feeling either
