I'd be lost without it
Working form home with a personal desktop PC and my work laptop this KVM is a god send. Simplifies all the connections needed for all my inputs/outputs into one and allows me to quickly switch between them with one button press.previously I used a couple of docking stations, one that required me to physically change the wire from the Laptop to the PC and the other which had 2 set of each wire one set connecting to my PC and the other to my Laptop. This IDock consolidates all of these connections to one device including the ethernet connection.sleek design, light but sturdy, compact but not crowded. No noise or over heating (gets slightly warm but that's understandable)I've not had any major issues since purchasing it and any questions I have had have been quickly answered by the AV access support team. All the wires required are included with the product. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny, I've probably spent more over the years with all the other solutions I have tried, and god knows how much time this has saved me as switching from one to the other, which I do at least twice a day, takes less than 3 seconds.Wish I had found this sooner!ps. check out the other docks AV access sell as they have a range for all the different setups you might have.

Simplifies work from home, excellent one cable solution
This is a really good unit. I use it to connect and switch between my home PC and work laptop. Less hassle than a traditional switching arrangement, with only one USB-C cable to attach the laptop.A game changer for the hybrid worker.

Better than cheap brands, still a KVM switch.
Bought this to replace an old KVM switch I had during the pandemic. For £249.99, I have high expectations being this should just work. I have a lowish spec work laptop and a mid range desktop attached to it. I have been using this for a few weeks now.Problems with this KVM switch:-In order for my work laptop to work correct, my desktop can't be running, otherwise I get power draw issues on my laptop (actual power draw error on the screen)-When my laptop is plugged in, it doesn't actually charge. It displays everything correctly and powers all peripherals, but it doesn't charge so you should pray you don't have low battery. I can't tell if this charges it when my work laptop is off. My laptop is perpetually stuck at ~95%+ battery.-Not quite plug-and-play. Setup can be quite finicky with the USB C connection although once it's set up, it works. No problem with the desktop connection.Good things about this KVM switch:-Great build quality. Feels and looks very premium. Get pretty much all of the cables you need included with the C10. In the UK version you also get european as well as UK 3-pin socket power cables.-Having the USB-C to USB-C connection for a laptop removes a lot of cables. I used to have a a dock attached to my laptop which then had two HDMI leads and a power lead coming out of it. This has been reduced to a single USB Cable which is much neater on the desk.-Actually powers peripherals. My old KVM switch had a 5W power draw via micro USB which drew power from my desktop so when everything was plugged in (wireless mouse dock, higher end USB webcam, wireless headset receiver), everything would not function. Webcam was grainy and wireless mouse sometimes didn't charge. All of this now works which is pretty great. On top of that, I thought I had a monitor problem because one monitor sometimes wouldn't power on and I'd have to plug it in and out again. Not seen this problem really since I started using this KVM switch.Overall: very expensive for £249.99, but it does work. Definitely better than the cheaper KVM switches on the market, but still not perfect. Fixed some of the problems I was having before although still has the drawbacks of a KVM switch.EDIT 20 Feb 2025:Customer service have been in touch and the aftercare has been excellent. Product itself is still 3*, however customer support is 5*.

It does the job
Typically, I don't post reviews, but I must say, this KVM switch docking station stands out. Although on the pricier side, it delivers flawless performance right from the get-go. The setup process is uncomplicated. I've connected it to both my home PC and work laptop, along with a 4K and ultra-wide screen, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset. The switching between the laptop and PC is seamless, without any screen flickering or resolution problems. It has eliminated desk clutter and significantly simplified my life.

Overpriced
It’s ok. Barely. But it is WAY overpriced IMHO. It really should be $50 as it offers very little over kvm where you also have Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
