Great addition to any desk.
Works great and added extra functionality to my desktop. Only downside is it does not come with a template for cutting the hole needed. Easy enough to install with the right tools though.

Installed this on my wife’s desk and it is great. Only one plug coming from the desk, great for cable management and really helps when she wants to move her work from home desk from room to room.

Great outlet strip
I'm using this one in my DJ rack. Made a rack panel to fit the top rack and cut the hole to mount this power strip. I have the things in the lower part of the rack and mixer in the top rack plugged into the bottom side of the power strip and the top of it allowed me to easily plug in items outside of the rack, plus the USB outlets keep my phone and tablet charged and I also plug my USB gooseneck lights into them to illuminate my work area during gigs.I'll be purchasing more of these for other DJ rigs and equipment racks for my band/PA gear.

There is NO surge protection.
I have ordered this three times. The first time I though maybe I had ordered the one without surge protection by accident. So I sent it back and ordered again, making very sure I ordered the one with surge protection. But I was sent one WITHOUT surge protection. There was no mention of surge protection on the box and the power strip does not have the reset button as shown in the image in the description. So I sent it back and ordered it again. Again, I have received one without the reset switch shown in the picture and no mention of surge protection on the box. So, I have to believe that these DO NOT HAVE SURGE PROTECTION.

Flimsy USB-C connectors
Power and USB-A connectors are fine. But USB-C ports are too recessed and will only work with deeper “case friendly” cables. And even then, they don’t hold too well and disconnect by themselves sometimes.

Love the added outlets.
Put behind my coach, and it made life easier. Kids aren’t fighting over an outlet to charge phones anymore.
