They do stick. Just remove backing paper
Very good for pain relief. Someone saying they don't stick. Obviously not realising that you need to remove the backing paper first. They are EXTREMELY STICKY.

Waste of time
I have used various heat pads in the past which worked quite well,but these have NO adhesive strip on them,therefore they do not stick to clothing ,if used on your back they just slide down to the bottom of the back.Not worth the bother of returning them,I will go back to brands I have used before.
