I originally thought the package was missing the video software. Turns out there is a paper showing you how to access it online. I think the seller should explain this in the item description so they don’t get bad reviews.

Audio completely sucks, but great picture!!
Spending so much money on a camera that has audio full of static is absolutely absurd. Just absurd! I specifically wanted this because it had an audio jack and it's a huge disappointment. The whole box however, did come with lots of stuff that I'm sure will be useful for something, but for just an extra $20, it was worth it to get the tripod. The small light that comes with it can't actually be put anywhere and the settings are too few to manage to do anything with it.I'm probably going to return it just because I wanted something that could record audio and keep it simple. Sony has clearly failed it this department... and yes, the microphone included also is full of static. The idea that they would even include something that doesn't work it is just ridiculous.

Bundle did not include all items advertised
The bundle came with everything but the spare battery and battery car charger. Instead of a 128 gb sd card it came with a 64 gb sd card.
