The replacement screen appears to be OEM / high quality and has no visual differences from the other iPads we use daily. To preface this, I have ordered hundreds of products through Amazon and I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience with Lenwell because they are just that good.I've had this iPad Pro 11in 1st Gen for years. Alas, tragedy struck. I carelessly left it on the ground and it ended up getting stepped on, cracking the screen and making it unusable. I scoured the internet for screen repair services, all costing upwards of $300-$500 for aftermarket screens or second-hand replacements from Apple.Then I came across Lenwell. After reading reviews and the description of their product and service, I decided to go with them. I'M SO GLAD I DID. From the moment I received the box to send my iPad in, the employees at Lenwell were super responsive and understanding. The instructions that they included in the box for sending them my iPad were clear and super easy to follow. They continued to provide me with updates and photos throughout the process, setting my mind at ease.I received my repaired iPad today and what can I say... It's as good as new. The screen is extremely responsive to touch, the display is indistinguishable from when it was new. They claim that the screens are OEM, and while I can't confirm with 100% certainty, it absolutely seems that way. I am beyond pleasedThis was the easiest service for screen repair I have ever used. Receive an envelope and box, place iPad 11Pro in box, mail (USPS - so no having to find a UPS or FedEx store or pay for pickup), regular updates, and in less than a week it was back and looks as good as new. My old iPad Pro had been playing up for months with blank areas on the touch screen, and the last straw was after a dropped it and part of the screen no longer worked. I was going to get a new one or attempt to repair it myself, but this service was cheaper than buying a new lcd repair kit, so I gave it a go. Now I am genuinely pleased. Also the replacement lcd is as good - maybe better - than the original and it now works 100%, which is way better than taking a risk on some expensive repair kit with an lcd of dubious origins.Use this service!!- you’ll be nuts not to.

The screen on my 4th iPad (A2316) had been broken for a long time. I bought a new iPad but didn't want to throw this old one away because I knew it still had a lot of life left in it if it just had a new screen. I thought about ordering a screen a few times and trying to replace it myself but never actually did because I didn't want to be out the money for the screen if I couldn't replace it, or if I broke the display cable.Finally I stumbled across this service when looking at the screen listings when I got the urge again to fix it. At first I was skeptical because it seemed too good to be true. However, I read reviews and it seemed legit so I figured I would give it a go.I am glad I did because the service is indeed totally legit. They sent a padded box with instructions on how to send it back and a pre-paid USPS postage label. They got it in about 3 days, they notified me when they got it via text message including a picture of it. A few days later they texted me a video of it with a new screen an demonstrated it worked. They then mailed it back. I got it and it works perfectly. As good as new. From the time I mailed it out until the time I got it back was 10 days I believe.Highly recommended.
