The most packaging I have ever seen...
An astounding amount of instructions/safety info and packaging (for a toothbrush!), a lot of it the rigid plastic that is not easily recyclable. Shame on the manufacturer. How can you still be selling this? Haven't used it yet but it is slightly clunky to get into the travel case.

Great tooth brush.
Used this toothbrush for a couple of years now !!! like how it feels slim in the hand,, like the fact that I only have to change the battery every 5 or 6 months !!!! when the battery does run out you can still use it as a normal toothbrush until you buy another battery !!! battery easy to change !!!! and it's great for traveling as the case protects the head and protects the toothbrush from turning back on !!! I am definitely a fan as the tooth brush head is not to hard and not to soft !!!!! just how I like it......

NOT USB-C, and very soft.
As noted by another reviewer: the marketing materials suggest this is charges via USB-C. At time of writing this, I think there are perhaps two different models, HY1200/26 and HY1200/06. Both are black, both use the same product pictures. HY1200/06 is the USB-C model; HY1200/26 (the one I ended up getting because the other one wasn't available) charges via USB-A to figure-8/2-pin shaver connector. It's not exactly proprietary, but definitely not as widespread as USB-C. Not a problem if you only ever use this at home, but I'd picked this up for travelling with the specific intention of being able to charge it with the same cables I use for other devices. It's not just the inconvenience of having to carry an extra cable, it's the fact that if I lose this cable, I can't charge the brush with any cables I already have.Other than that, it's a pretty soft, underpowered experience, compared to something like the Philips Sonicare 7900 (my mainstay— look out for sales on that one; highly recommended, but not great if you need to travel light). Nonetheless, if you need a relatively quiet electric tootbrush, this should serve.

Battery is out of this world!
I purchased this over 6 months ago I charged it once and it’s still working! Also amazing toothbrush I would recommend

Great travel electric toothbrush
I have both Sonicare and OralB electric brushes at home and whilst this doesn't really compare, it is a great little travel electric toothbrush to stick in an overnight bag. Slimline, light, easy to hold and still feels better than using a manual toothbrush.

Great toothbrush
I don't like the full electric toothbrushes as it feels like I should be doing more than just standing there holding it in place. With this one it's a great balance. It vibrates and cleans but the motions are all me. The charge easily lasts a month but that's usage dependant. I use it in unison with my usual flossing, water flossing and marvis toothpaste routine and it's shown great results.

Don't be deceived, the tooth brush head doesn't move, only the handle vibrates.
Within 15 mins of opening the brush and turning it on, i had repacked it and took it to an EVRI collection point shop for a refund i've owned Phillips Sonicare before, then went onto having an Oral-B and thought i twine it with another Phillips. As other reviewers have said , the tooth brush head doesn't vibrate at all. This Phillips model, the hand simply vibrates giving the impression that the brush head is moving real quickly, causing of the vibrating , but it is not. You have to manually use your hand as with a normal toothbrush.
