Extremely Disappointed – Quality Has Dropped Significantly
I’ve been a loyal customer of this brand for years, but this time the product has completely let me down. The towel I received is nowhere near the quality I’ve come to expect from Trident. It sheds threads on wet skin even after deep washing and multiple uses. This is a drastic 90% drop in quality compared to previous purchases.It raises concerns about whether the product is original or a counterfeit. Regardless, Trident seriously needs to review its quality control process. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.
