Opened and closed fine the first time, and seemed to be nice and strong. Sadly the canopy wouldn't open the next time I tried to use it, despite my obeying the instructions and had to return. Perhaps I was just unlucky because it seemed well made.

I thought it was a decent umbrella as it used to feel pretty sturdy and offer decent rain protection.. but after less than five months it fell apart in my hand - it didn't even receive a knock. Not great value.

First windy day of using… it turned inside out and one of the spokes snapped. Wasn’t the cheapest but went with the consumer info…windproof… unfortunately not the case.

This isn't wind proof, it wasn't even windy today but the umbrella flipped 3 times in less than 10 min

It is not a windproof and sturdy umbrella, with the slightest wind, the umbrella rises and leaves you soaked.
