I was actually surprised by how well this fan works. I’m in Texas, so it lives on the highest setting, but there’s a nice difference between all three. Let’s be real: should the fan ever fall over, it’ll shatter into a thousand pieces, but it was easy to put together and has a place of honor aimed at my bed when I sleep. It does oscillate nicely (but again, I’m in Texas so it will exist only pointed right at me) It’s also decently quiet, yet loud enough to smother the squeaky noise of my unbalanced ceiling fan through the night.Overall, 5 stars. Good little solider for the extreme summer heat :)

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It looked like it had all I was looking for not too large, with 3 speeds and tilting feature. Wanted to put it in a bathroom to cool after showering. The box arrived with several lengths of tape on the top which I thought was a little odd but I did not consider it may have been someone else's return. I now believe it was. Over all 95% plastic, very light, unstable and boy oh boy does it ever rattle and make noise. The motor cover was twisted and did not seat right, hence the rattle. It smelled of hot plastic when it ran but I thought it's new yet. After a few runs it was unbearable inside so I put it in the garage to help vent the hot afternoon air from there. The rattle was not a factor while in the garage. Last evening when we went to turn it off the thing was smoking and the garage smelled horrible. Unplugged it and put it outside and to be cautious sprayed with extinguisher. It's now in the trash can. Wasted my money, don't waste yours. Went to Home Depot and got a nice one or only $7 more than this! Do not recommend this at all. Would give -10 stars if I could.

Bought this EZ CHILL brand pedestal fan as a backup to circulate air for frig & freezer. It's very nice, light weight easy to assemble and easy to remove cover to clean. Has all features as advertised and works adequately. I already have 2 of these same exact fans just different brand name from last year. They worked so well that's why I got this one. Only complaint if I had to have any would be cord length, but that's about expected on most things. Not too overly noisy and it really cools very well, even on the lowest of 3 settings.

I love this fan! I was hesitant about buying it at first because it was so much more affordable than most. You often get what you pay for. Not in this case though. There was nothing to putting it together. It took 2 minutes. Best of all, this fan has some power. We have it in the bedroom and I don't need to run it at full power to get the room nicely cooled down. I'm very happy with my purchase.

It was easy to assemble but it's not too sturdy. I was impressed with the amount of wind it produced on the low setting that I didn't bother to check to see how well medium and high worked. But when I finally did check them, I was disappointed. I couldn't feel the breeze from it when I was sitting directly in front of it. The top part with the fan, motor and controls doesn't tighten securely enough that it can start to lean a little bit. I am impressed with the noise level as I love to sleep with a fan and this provides an adequate amount of wind noise even on low. It has an oscillating feature which is helpful especially with this particular fan where trying to feel the breeze from it can be tasking. It's suitable for the price.

For 22.00 this is not a bad fan. One of the legs on mine is bent but still works so not that big of a deal. It is mostly cheap plastic but does work and does move alot of air on even the lowest setting. I thought about sending it back but for the price hopefully it will hopefully last for the summer. We have had expensive fans like this and they only lasted one season. I had trouble with the front of the cage and it is still not on correctly but I hope it stays on. The fan blades are a thin cheap plastic also. Anyway, I would probably not buy it again but I will give it a go for the price.

So good, I ordered another.Box fan goes to the garage. Turned off my ceiling fan, can’t send it there, it’s connected.For the price, I got all that I wanted, and more. This fan will not go in the garage, it stays with me. Price, sold, quality, it’s there. I’d give it a 10,

I would not recommend this fan to anybody!!!The stream of air coming out of it isn't even good enough to prevent sweating while I'm inside in ac with fan blowing right on me. That's pretty sad.For the cost, I would have expected to at least feel a decent stream of air coming off of it. I'm very disappointed.When I was going to return it, Amazon was going to deduct 8 to 9 dollars for something called promotional discount deduction. I didn't want to lose my 8 to 9 bucks so I kept it.
