it's alright sometimes it bugs out as in gets suck on a certain screen, recently it's been on really bright colors for some reason. i've had it for almost a year now and it's been alright. you can't use the microphone when on a call because it sounds like your under water . would i recommend this probably not.

Purchased everything to make it plug and play but I still had to make some other connections (wake up signal for Bose amp) takes forever to connect and answering calls or trying to disconnect can be a pain too. Spend the money on quality instead!

The first item, is a generic 9" Android stereo. The second is a dash adapter for your 02-10 Cayenne.It's clear the dash adapter does what it is supposed to, so let's talk about the stereo. The first thing to mention, is that you can replace this stereo with just about any other 9" Android stereo with the same facia, which is like 95% of the ones offered here. This stereo is pretty decent. While the amplifier is pretty weak, the EQ allows you to adjust out most of the shortcomings and it would seem there is some high pass filtering being applied to allow greater volume without tons of distortion. Wireless Android Auto and Carplay can be buggy, but that is true for even brand name and OEM stereos. The screen looks good and is pretty responsive. 2gb rom is the minimum, 4gb models are smoother. Installation is pretty straight forward. If you have the know how, adding active cooling will make these things last longer. If they fail, just get another generic 9" Android stereo and install it in this dash adapter.NOTE: Premium factory systems may require additional wiring adapters, etc. These are plug and play for base model stereos only. If you have a premium stereo and failed to do your due diligence, that's on you.NOTE: Look up the app Headunit Reloaded, it is a superior way to utilize wireless Android Auto and Carplay and will save you a lot of headaches.
