Handwriting Without Tears 005999 Tears Capital Letters Wood Pieces

My just-four-year-old grandson was beginning to learn his letters so we bought this for him. At first, we are just letting him make "pictures" and shapes with them, e.g. the Gingerbread Man, but eventually I know he will like making his capital letters with them. It should be a great beginning for him to write.

My son uses this during his OT sessions and he’s really enjoys it. He’s 2 and loves to build so building the alphabet for him is a great creative outlet. The pieces are large. It’s also a very open ended activity, my son will often create heads, bodies, etc w the shapes! Just wish they were a tad more affordable so I could own a set!
