The market for revision resources is becoming increasingly crowded and increasingly specialised. Some of the product out there is redundant but some, like the materials for the CEM and 11+ exams, is outstandingThis workbook is accessible and manageable, with the tasks broken down into very manageable 10 minute tests.Even if your child is not sitting an entrance exam, this book can still be a useful study aid.

I love all books that have 10 mins test. I'm using them to help my child work faster. The attached photos show test one along with it's answers. The answers are in the centre of the book, so you could pull then out to make an answer booklet. Pulling them out means your child will not cheat because the answers are not with the book. At the back are maths puzzles. Puzzle answers are in the centre of the book.

Good addition to many of the other Bond (aged range) revision books. Really helps students to understand worded problems in the Maths papers. Worth the small investment.

When it comes to 11+, there is only one comprehensive authority in practice papers and tests - Bond.This book focuses on World Problems in isolation. Word problems are the most difficult to tackle in any subject, but particularly so in maths. Here, kids will practice word problems in arithmetic, data, fractions, decimals and percentages, ratio and proportion. In addition, there are algebra word problems, geometry and statistics.Possibly the best thing about the book is its format: 10-minute tests are easy to fit into any daily routine and it contains the progress chart at the back which every Bond book contains.

If you are considering entering your child for the 11 Plus then these books are great. There are specific books for the CEM test, and the 10 minute books are ideal for introducing a timed test. We are working through them gradually, and they provide my son with the opportunity to undertake questions which are based around the 11 Plus exams. Clear guidelines and answers included. Recommended.

These Bond books are uniformly excellent and have been invaluable study aids for my kids as they have prepared for their exams. The 10 Minute Test range is particularly good, offering short bite size tests to help your children learn and build their confidence, in short, snappy tests.
