Very good follow-up and service from KZ Store sent my earbuds KZ VXS PRO from China; therefore, be patient. I took care of the tracker number from China service and the local DHL service they will use for the USA.If you are looking for the best relation price-quality in earbuds for TOP SOUND QUALITY and COMFORT and only need passive noise canceling, you could find the holy grail in these earbuds.Sound Quality: the best Sound Quality in earbuds I have to date, and I only have BOSE and Sony for the last 20 years. Excellent balance of bass and trebles, very high volume, be careful, I only use 15 to 25 of volume, dynamic sound, perfect for Classic Music, Rock, Hip Hop, Pop, Metal, etc.Comfort AAA, they are so comfortable, perfectly adjust to my ears, maintains the position without any adjusting walking or making head movements. I do not recommend them for sports because they are so beautiful to expose the earbuds to sweat, humidity, or impact.Design AAA, Honestly, the earbuds are rock solid built, the case is robust, doesn't look cheap, and works very well. The controls are simple; you cannot use an app to change the controls or control the volume, but these issues are not a problem for me. Excellent silicon ear tips, soft, sealing perfect. The earbuds are Small in size for what I expected, and lightweight on the ears. Good use tolerability without pain or discomfort for regular periods of use.Passive Noise Cancellation is excellent. I don't like the pressure and painful active noise cancelation from the top brands on earbuds. It will be helpful for airplane travel or conversations in noisy conditions, but this is not essential for me, and I prefer my Sony WH 1000 XM5 over-the-ear headphones with noise cancelation for my trips.Phone calls microphones. They are perfect for calls, clear, good, and natural voice capture. The latest Qualcomm CVC 9.0, is the best tech available to date.Sublime connectivity, Bluetooth 5.3, super stable. APTX adaptative works with my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 with HD sound activated in developer settingsCONS: An APP should be developed by KZ and include an equalizer and other characteristics because they have the best Qualcomm chip and hardware for earbuds available to date: qcc5171. Dust and waterproof protection for the next generation and a sports version will be terrific. I'll pay for these changes. The QCC5171 has active noise-canceling capabilities. I don't understand why KZ didn't implement these for the earbuds, probably because they need algorithms and pay for the technology. I don't know why KZ didn't implement more tech on these earbuds because cheaper and older earbuds from other brands take full advantage of Qualcomm chips.

I picked these up on a total gamble that they'd be great and I needed a pair of ear buds for work. Overall, I like them, but the price is far too high for what they are.PROS:-These sound really good. Volume doesn't distort the sound quality.-Bass seems pretty good for this type of earbud.-The earbuds themselves look nice and have a nice overall finish.-Battery life is decent.CONS:-Price. At 99$ for these, they lack a ton of features I'd expect at this price range. No active noise canceling, no passthrough / ambient mode, no auto switching, etc.-The finish of the case is nowhere near as nice as the earbuds themselves. The bottom of the case is just an opaque sticker that looks kinda cheap. The lid to the case is thin and a bit flimsy. I'm a little concerned about how well the case is going to hold up overall.-There's a ton of small things that are.... quirky. The language the buds use to notify you of what they're doing is kinda funny. For the normal "connected" you get "connect-ate" instead. The red and blue lights on the buds when they're on and connected blink pretty much non stop. If you want to pretend you're a cop pulling someone over, just put these in. Touch controls are kind of limited.-I don't have much faith that any sort of firmware/software updates for these will be issued. So the feature set in my opinion is going to be pretty set.Overall, these sound really nice. They sound at least as nice as my galaxy buds 2. But it does seem that they only things they do well is look good and sound good. If any other feature is important to you, especially at this price point, I'd look elsewhere. I don't know that I'd pay over 50$ for these.

I was looking to replace my wired bluetooth earbuds and found a great sound and quality with the KZ VXS Pro True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds. I really like the storage container that recharges the earbuds after my daily walk - no need to reach for that recharge cord on a daily basis! The seller was very quick to respond and helpful with a small issue I had with my earbuds. Great customer service!
