So far, this MagSafe mount is perfect in my rav4, doesn’t block the vents, sturdy - doesn’t shake when I’m driving and taking turns, the magnet is very strong too. Mines upside down so it doesn’t block the screen for me. Worth the $$

These are great! Once positioned and tightened correctly, these phone mounts are stable and easy to manipulate. Magnet is strong. I actually have to use quite a bit of force to take the phone off. I do use a case so maybe the extra magnets in the case help. You get two of these mounts, which was perfect because I have two cars. My test run was using one in my rental car on a 10 day road trip. Super useful and phone didn’t drop once. I do want to point out that these will not fit in all vents. You need to be able to hook the small claw around a vent blade. Also the two feet used for stability must have a flat and secure location or it will flop around and the phone will fall off. I wasn’t able to use the mount on the vents to the left of the steering wield (dash curves). However, they mount securely on the right side vent. My cars are a 2015 Lexus NX and 2009 Honda Civic. Finally you can’t adjust the vent blades once mounted. This is the nature of these types of mounting systems.

Works great for car rides, strong magnet! I love the flexibility of movement you have, and that is secures in the vent. I live in Texas, so the sticker ones often melt off and do not last, so this option was great! We have used if for about 6 months, and it has mad my husband and I very happy! Just a note, if you use a phone case that is not Mag safe, it will interfere with the magnet and may not work as well.

Just got these today and installed each one in our cars. Pretty easy to install if you've installed vent mounts. The magnet is VERY strong. My iPhone 16 Pro has no case, so this connected directly to the phone. It has a very secure connection, and the phone isn't going to move around. I was using the vice-grip type mount before, but had to switch to this because when I squeezed the clamp to secure this phone, the camera control button was pressed and it took a photo. Can't have that happening, so here I am. If you have a MagSafe iPhone, get this and don't look back. Looks better than the other one too. I also like the fact that since its a ring it will allow air to pass through when the phone isn't connected. In addition, somehow this is less expensive than the other one I had since it comes with two devices.
