Got these to help balance but didn’t see too much of a difference and they didn’t taste great.

I bought this brand because it was slightly less expensive. I can't wait to finish these capsules. They stink and taste of rotten fish. Besides that, they are impossible to swallow.They stick to my mouth or worse yet get caught in my esophagus. The only way to get them down without sticking to the inside of my mouth, is by keeping a sip of water in my mouth as I swallow them while drinking more water.

I purchased this product just to see if any difference could be noticed. I found higher energy levels, my focus increased, and there was no bad aftertaste. Great product
