Poor delivery details.
Delivery tracking information was crap. For about 1/2 an hour it kept saying "5 drops away". Even after Delivery tracking said the same. Driver was pleasant and no problem. The product was as expected. Fine. Amazon, please, please update your system. I was waiting to go out and was really cheesed of of time being kept put back and then freezing. Not at all professional service.
