Monolaurin is a great supplement for enhancing one’s immune system and I’ve typically used capsules in the past. Even with capsules, monolaurin has, for me, an unpleasant (but distinctive) smell - and in the case of this liquid, an equally unpleasant taste. It’s mixed with coconut extract (as it is derived from coconut) and peppermint here, and I definitely recommend giving the bottle a good shake because it helps. I do think this is the real thing and it’s worth taking for all its benefits. For me, a glass of water along with some mints helps minimize the after taste. In any case, it seems like quality stuff, and a good immune defense.

The dropper is convenient, I'll give them that. And the bottle itself seems sturdy. But for the price, I was hoping for a bit more, you know? Maybe some actual results to brag about.
