These worked very well to elevate my standing desk. They are very sturdy with the included hardware. I'm 6'3" so I needed a little more height to be comfortable.

Works great for added support for your bed

They do rise my bed 7 inches, but the way they attach is not ideal! I will just be buying a taller bed soon, unfortunately it's after the return period

The adjustment feature is not stable. Extending the height causes a wobbly experience in and out of bed. The system will soon collapse.
