Is battery replacable after an year ?

Hello, thank you for your question. After a year we get in touch to see if you would like to continue with the service. If you do, we will send another 'puck' out in the post which replaces the puck whose battery is beginning to get low. If this is for someone who has a long-term illness or disability and declares for VAT exemption this will cost £74.99 or if not £89.99. The puck is sealed and tested to ensure it is waterproof (fit for purpose) and we would not be able to do that if you were replacing batteries yourself. The cost includes the puck, post and packing (both to you and for sending back the used puck) and another year’s service, support with all the calls that the system might make for you.

Does it work in other countries !

The Assure is approved for use throughout Europe but currently only has English, French and Portuguese as the core languages it uses for telephone calls, emails and texts.

Will this work in Bulgaria?

The Assure will work throughout Europe but the only languages we currently use are English, French and Portuguese. If you have a look at acticheck.com/demo it will give you an idea of how we use telephone messages.

How much does the replacement puck cost each year?

The cost for the new puck, including service for the year, is £85.
