Best brand I have tried. Cleared my arteries as evidenced by a heart cath.

So, I thought I'd write a review about this particular brand...it didn't work for me. In fact, after 30days, I gained weight! It came in a beige like color (not a yellow color pill). That should've been my first clue, as I've researched this and other Berberine products and users advised of yellow color and if not, then product may not be true Berberine. After 2 weeks, I still didn't notice any difference but decided it may take time, so I committed to the full 30days. Well, again after 30days of taking product, and getting 12,000 steps in 5 days a week as well as monitoring my eating to eat healthier, still no change and again, I ended up gaining weight. This is very discouraging as there's 30days of my life I can't get back and had I tried or used another product, my results may have been better. I ordered from another company ,the pills are yellow and will see how that works for me. I'm sure as with anything it's trial and error to see which brand of Berberine will work for you. Glad to know for others that it helped them and they received great results.

I take berberine 500mg twice a day. This is four times that amount. If you’re switching from another brand like I did, please read the label before taking. Capsules are easy to swallow. I would buy this again.

The tests results will be final answer but I have no doubt about them lowering colesrerol!!

I had my doubts that this product would work but it really does. It will help you lose weight. I highly recommend this product for those who want to lose some weight.Stephen F.

And as long as I'm taking it, I'm taking this brand. It's less expensive than the others, and more milligrams per pill than most.
