I bought these and I've tried them and I have been using them ever since I have found them to be excellent quality cushions they fit perfectly into my ResMed gear and I get zero leaks and they are very comfortable they came with dents and creases in the foam but all I had to do was heat up some water until it was hot and then I dipped the foam in that and the dents and creases disappeared if these are adjusted correctly they will not fall apart and they will not leak if this is happening to anybody they need to consult their specialist and see if their masks are fitted properly or not finally I want to say that I believe that these masks will last even longer than the original ResMed foam masks that I also have purchased from my specialist you should give these a try they're worth trying make sure you get the right size otherwise there will be leaks and maybe even some discomfort

As others have mentioned, this mask is definitely NOT a good replacement for the actual ResMed one. The picture shows the ResMed mask (on the right) that I am replacing and this mask (on the left). The biggest problem is that top section that rests on your nose. Because of that design, the silicone is what is resting on your nose, rather than the foam. Not only is that uncomfortable, but it just doesn't fit right. No matter how many times I adjusted it and the headgear straps, the slightest movement had air coming in again. I actually got up after only 2 hours of sleeping to swap it out for my old one - I had probably adjusted it at least 9 or 10 times by then. I am returning these masks. I would rate this item a ZERO if I could.

Best way to go especially if you do not have insurance. Thank you for the savings.

they wear out i feel a little to quickly, but when new they seal great

Not like the original memory foam masks I used to get when I first started using these things. This one is not as comfortable, there's a plastic lining that the foam sits on top of. I had to cut that part out to make it more comfortable. And it doesn't feel as soft. I'm sure this is a different brand than what I've used before. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to the original equipment I used.

When I was first prescribed a CPAP machine, it came with a few replacement parts like a hose and F20 headgear and F20 face cushion. The original memory foam cushion started separating from the plastic mask portion in about 5 months. I was able to push it to almost 7 months, before I had to replace it, but it slowly degraded and leaked until it was no longer useable. I ordered these and I have a cushion that I have been using for almost a year now and it is still going strong! It will probably last 15 + months! Don't hesitate if you need a face cushion for your CPAP! These are great and they last!!! Not garbage!

These leak at the nose bridge so badly that it frequently woke me up two nights in a row. I even tightened up the straps to the point that the skin on my temples broke out in an itching, burning rash, still leaked at about 10 liters a minute on my MyAir app. I switched back to ResMed brand mask/cushion, leaks went down to 0-1 liters, even loosened the straps and my skin healed. Don’t try to save money with this replacement mask— always go with the ResMed brand. I was past the return window, so I just tossed bith jn the trash.

Touted as a direct replacement for the F20 ResMed mask. Not so much. Poor manufacturing made them out of shape and had cuts in the foam right out of the box. Attempted to use, but poor fit and finish allowed for noisy leaks, especially around the bridge of nose leading to dry eye. Returned for the OEM mask. Big difference. Saving a few dollars did not pay off. Amazon Prime with free shipping and returns made this much easier. These replacement masks did not let me get the restful sleep CPAP promises.
