Covonia state that Covonia Dry and Tickly cough medicine is suitable for Vegans but as it contains honey most Vegans would not agree with this as they believe bee keeping is cruel and endangers the lives of bees. I hope this helps. Maybe the Covonia’s statement that it is suitable for Vegans should be reviewed.
